Commercial sidewalks, slabs, and ramps are what your tenants and customers walk on every day. They get inspected, slip-tested, and audited. We treat commercial work like the structural exercise it is — proper subgrade, fibre or rebar, expansion control, ADA-compliant slopes, and warranties that mean something.

Commercial pricing is bid to drawings or scope-of-work. Send the package — drawings, specs, schedule, site address — to commercial@concretegc.com and we'll come back within 3 business days with a structured proposal.

For repair work and small fast-turn projects, we'll provide a fixed quote after a site walk.

You send drawings/scope. We walk the site within 5 business days, ask the right questions.

Structured bid

Itemized proposal, schedule, exclusions, payment terms. No vague "call for a quote."

Contract & insurance

Signed contract, COIs uploaded, WSIB clearance, JHA submitted to your safety lead.

Mobilization

Site setup, hoarding, locates, neighbour notice if needed. PM kicks off.

05

Execution

Daily progress reports, photos, milestones marked. We don't disappear.

06

QA, deficiency, handover

Punch list cleared, warranty docs delivered, as-builts to your records.

Commercial questions.

What's your minimum project size?

For commercial, around $15K. We'll consider smaller for ongoing portfolios with a property manager we already work with.

Can you bid public-sector work?

Yes — we are pre-qualified with several Ontario school boards and municipalities. Ask for our bonding capacity letter.

What's your warranty?

Two years standard on workmanship. Five years on structural slabs. Manufacturer warranty on products.

Do you carry $5M liability?

Yes. COIs available on request, with you and your owner named as additional insured if required.

Can you work nights or weekends?

Yes for retail and operating sites. Premium rates apply for off-hours work.

Do you self-perform or sub?

We self-perform concrete, formwork, and finishing. We sub asphalt, line striping, fence/bollards, and electrical to vetted partners — and we coordinate them so you don't have to.
