Interlocking pavers, retaining walls, garden steps, planter beds, and full-yard landscape design. Built on the right base — granular sub-base, polymeric jointing, edge restraints — so it doesn't shift in three winters.
Interlock that fails fails at the sub-base. We dig deeper than most contractors are willing to (200mm+ on driveways), compact in lifts, install proper edge restraints, and sand-set with polymeric jointing. The pavers themselves are Techo-Bloc, Unilock, or Permacon — premium brands with real warranties — but what keeps them looking new in five years is what's underneath.
Heavy-duty pavers on a deep sub-base. Edge restraints. Snow-plow ready.
Custom layouts, banding, integrated lighting. Polymeric sand jointing.
Engineered for the height. Drainage tile, geogrid reinforcement, capstones.
Solid-stone steps, integrated lighting, anti-slip edges.
Stone-edged beds, irrigation ready, integrated with hardscape.
Full-yard regrading, sod laying, plantings, mulch beds.
Interlock pavers from $28/sqft installed. Premium textures and tumbled finishes from $35–$45. Retaining walls from $120/linear ft (height-dependent). Sub-base, demo, and engineering scoped per site.
Design Yours With AIDrawings, paver/colour selection, on-site flag-out before excavation.
Dig to required depth (200mm+ on driveways), haul spoils, locate utilities.
Granular A in 50mm lifts, compacted, geotextile fabric where needed.
Bedding sand screed ±3mm, edge restraints set, layout strung.
Pavers cut in (saw, not chisel), pattern run, edges trimmed clean.
Polymeric jointing sand activated with mist, sealer applied 30+ days later.
With polymeric sand jointing, almost never. The sand sets like a flexible mortar after activation. Standard sand jointing without polymer does grow weeds — that's not what we install.
Not if the sub-base is right. Most "shifting" jobs in the GTA are on 100mm bases that needed 200mm. We do 200mm+ on driveways and we warranty against settling.
5–8 working days, depending on demolition complexity and weather.
Yes — single walkways, garden steps, small patios. Minimum project is around $4–5K.
If we can identify the brand and model (often discontinued after 5+ years), we'll source the closest available match. We always do a sample run before the full install.
