Concrete pools, pool decks, and full backyard pool builds across the GTA. Soil testing, permits, TSSA approvals, structural rebar, gunite, plaster — we run the whole project from first dig to first swim.
A concrete pool isn't a bigger fountain — it's a small piece of structural engineering with hydrostatic loads, freeze-thaw cycles, plumbing, gas (if heated), and electrical, all of which need permits and inspections. We're a licensed builder, so we own the permits and the schedule. You don't coordinate trades — we do.
Gunite/shotcrete pools, custom shapes, integrated spas, vanishing edges.
Stamped concrete or interlock around new and existing pools. Cool-touch sealers.
Plaster, pebble, or quartz aggregate refinish on existing concrete pools.
Natural stone or concrete coping, waterline tile install or replacement.
Plumbing rough-in, pump pad, equipment shed, gas line for heaters.
Pool + deck + landscaping + retaining walls — one crew, one timeline.
Turnkey gunite pool builds typically range $80K–$160K depending on size, shape, finish, and site access. Pool decks from $25/sqft. Resurfacing from $7K depending on pool size. Heaters, automation, and saltwater systems add separately.
Pool projects are where the AI Designer earns its keep — the satellite view of your backyard tells us about access, neighbours, and existing trees that drive cost. We'll know the rough number after the first call.
Design Yours With AISite survey, shape design, equipment selection, engineered drawings.
Municipal permit, fence permit, TSSA, ESA. We submit, follow up, schedule inspections.
Locates cleared. Dig to depth and shape. Spoils hauled. Access protection laid.
Rebar tied per engineering, chairs set, plumbing rough-in installed and pressure-tested.
Pneumatically applied concrete forms the shell. 28-day cure starts here.
Waterline tile and coping stones set with thinset and grout, sealed.
Final interior finish applied, pool fills as the plaster cures. Start-up chemistry tuned.
Pool deck poured/laid, landscape integrated, fence and final inspections cleared.
10–16 weeks from contract signing to swim, depending on permit timelines and weather. We give you a Gantt chart with every milestone before we break ground.
Concrete (gunite) gives you any shape, any depth, any finish, and a 25+ year shell. It's the most expensive and slowest to build. We only do concrete — it's what we're good at.
Yes — Ontario law requires a code-compliant pool enclosure before water goes in. We coordinate fencing as part of the project.
You can't fill the pool without a fence permit cleared. We sequence the project so the fence inspection happens before plaster fill.
Yes — we do a lot of pool deck and coping work on pools we didn't build.
We install both. Saltwater feels softer, less chemical maintenance, generates chlorine in-line, costs ~$2K more upfront.
